How to use Clinton Garden Group
Follow these steps to browse products, place orders, pay, and track your delivery.
1. Browse & search products
On the Home page you can see all available products. Use the search box to find items by name or description. Click any product to see its details, price, and options (size, color if available).
2. Add to cart
On a product page, choose size and color if offered, set the quantity, and click Add to bag. You can add more items from the shop; your cart is shown in the header and in the bottom menu on mobile.
3. Checkout
Go to Cart, review your items, then click Proceed to Checkout. Enter your name, email, WhatsApp number, and delivery address. Then click Place Order. You will get an Order ID — keep it safe.
4. Pay for your order
After placing the order, pay the total using one of these options:
- Bank transfer (Nigeria): Clinton Garden Nigeria Ltd — Account 1028272068 (UBA)
- WeChat Pay / Alipay: 19875277104
WeChat Pay & Alipay: account 19875277104 — choose a method below to open the QR code in a window.
Then go to Track order, enter your Order ID and email or phone, and click Track. On the order page, click Submit payment and enter the bank you used, your name, amount, and payment reference so we can confirm your payment.
5. Track your order
Open Orders / Track order. Enter your Order ID and the email or phone you used at checkout, then click Track. You will see the order status and payment status. If you are logged in, you can see your full order history on the same page.
6. Register or log in (optional)
Register or Log in to see all your orders in one place under Track order. You can still place and track orders as a guest using your email and phone.
7. Request a product
If you don’t find what you need, use Request to tell us the product name and details. We’ll look into adding it.
