FAQ & Knowledge Base
Answers for buyers in West Africa and East Africa who want affordable, direct sourcing from China.
Buying directly from China usually reduces middleman markups, gives more product variety, and allows better control over quality and price. Our platform helps reduce sourcing risk by guiding product requests, order creation, payment narration, and tracking.
Common issues include supplier trust, unstable pricing, communication barriers, clearing complexity, and payment reference confusion. We structure orders with clear records, status updates, and support to reduce these risks.
Buyers often face lead-time uncertainty, logistics coordination across ports, changing exchange rates, and product mismatch. We address this through product validation, order status updates, and clearer request-to-delivery workflow.
Start by comparing alternatives, buying in practical quantities, and confirming product specs before payment. Use our request and referral features where applicable, and monitor product updates regularly for better value.
No. Displayed product prices are not inclusive of clearing and forwarding. Shipping can be requested separately during checkout and is handled independently from product payment.
Use the Request page to submit product details. Our team reviews your request and responds through the admin workflow so you can proceed with confidence.
Every order generates a clear order reference flow, and payment submission is tied to tracking details for verification. This helps reduce confusion and improves auditability for both buyers and admins.

Yes. Both individual buyers and business/reseller buyers can use the platform to source products from China, place orders, and manage delivery communication.
Approved referral users get a personal link (?ref=code). When someone shops through that link and the order is attributed to you, you earn a percentage of the product order total in Naira — it is not added to what the buyer pays. You can track orders on your Account page, add bank details, and request cashout after earnings are approved.
The site uses a configured rate (often around 5% of the product total, converted from USD to NGN). The exact percentage may be shown on your Account page. It applies to qualifying referred orders only.
Earnings may start as pending until orders are verified. Admin approves them for payout. You then request a cashout from your Account; transfers to your bank depend on processing time. See Cashout history for status.
Yes, before cashout you should save your bank name, account name, and account number on your Account page so rewards can be sent to you. Keep these details accurate.
Yes. The business can pause the programme (e.g. for maintenance). When paused, new rewards or cashouts may be disabled; your existing records are usually kept. Check your Account page for notices.
